Record and upload sounds of yourself breathing. Pick one from the list below.
Use a built-in voice recorder on your phone (App called "voice memo") or in your computer ("sound recorder" for Windows, QuickTime for Mac), or an external mic.

   1. The kind of breath when you're frazzled and can't focus on anything.

   2. Ask someone to tell you how to breathe and try to do exactly as told.

   3. Breathe deeply, listen very very carefully.

Label the files in some understandable way, though if that worries you, don't get stressed and just send without any fancy labelling.
